Shipping & Returns
Shipments are sent Monday through Friday each week, excluding holidays. Processing an order takes up to 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm Eastern will not be shipped before Monday.
At this time, only standard delivery is available. We will accommodate expedited shipping as soon as possible.
We offer free ground shipping for all orders of $75 or more. Standard ground shipping is $7.95 for orders up to $35 and $5.95 for orders between $35 and $75.
Each order will be shipped to one address only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. EltaMD does not ship to customers outside of the United States.
- All returns must be accompanied by all original components.
- In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, EltaMD reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
- EltaMD reserves the right to limit returns for products based on usage. Your order will not be eligible for return if you’ve used over 50% of the product. Defective package may be an exception.
- Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from eltamd.com are not eligible for return, refund or exchange
- Customers will need to contact Consumer Affairs to get an RMA (return authorization) number. Unauthorized returns are not allowed.
- For example: If the customer said they were going to return just one item but later returned their whole order without updating Consumer Affairs.
- Shipping and Handling charges, if any, are not refundable
Please Note: We highly encourage you to review your tracking information once you place your order through our website. If you have not received your order, please contact us within 14 business days of shipment date in order for us to investigate and locate your product.
At the discretion of EltaMD, leaking and defective products purchased within 90 days will be replaced at no charge after inspection. Please email Consumer Affairs at email@example.com Monday through Friday to discuss setting up a return for inspection.
