EltaMD Sunny Day Rewards is a loyalty program that allows you to earn points for every purchase you make on Eltamd.com or from Authorized Skincare Professionals. The more points you earn the more benefits and rewards you receive.

Any individual over the age of 18 is eligible to join the program. No companies or other entities are permitted to enroll in the program. Individuals must provide and maintain a valid email address. Employees of CP Skin Health Group are eligible to participate in the program. Individuals employed by our business partners or vendors are eligible for membership for personal use only but may be excluded from certain benefits.

No. The program is only available for customers located in the United States.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your points to appear/update in your account.
For every $1 you spend on EltaMD products with an Authorized Skincare Professional, you will receive 2 points under the program.* For every $1 you spend on Eltamd.com you will receive 1 point under the program. You will not receive points for the value of taxes and shipping costs. In calculating points earned, partial dollar amounts will be rounded down. You may also receive points from other activities and offers periodically provided by EltaMD.

Each Membership Tier unlocks new rewards. Upon reaching a new tier, you will be granted new rewards that you can redeem. All of this can be done through your Membership account.

You receive points for letting us know your birthday, as well as membership benefits as follows.
> Star Level members will receive a one-time use $5 Off* your order promo code via email on your birthday.
> SPF Lover Level members will receive a one-time use $10 Off* your order promo code via email on your birthday.
> VIP Level members will receive a one-time use $15 Off* your order promo code via email on your birthday.
Please note that your birthday needs to be entered into your account at least 30 days in advance in order to receive these points.

No, points cannot be added to your account retroactively.
No, the reward will be marked as redeemed. The points used to redeem the reward will not be returned to your account.
No. If you return items, the points associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from your total number of points in your account.
You cannot combine multiple promo/reward codes in the same transaction. However, if a sitewide gift with purchase promotion is active, you can use your reward code and still receive the gift with purchase.
Yes, your points expire after 12 months of inactivity. You can track your points at your EltaMD Sunny Day Rewards account. We will not be able to restore points once they expire.
Yes, we reserve the right to terminate your account for the following reasons.
> Any abuse
> Manipulation of the program or its rules
> Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the program > Inactivity for more than twelve (12) months
> Any misrepresentation
> Any action detrimental to EltaMD
You and your account will be considered inactive if you don’t complete one of the following activities for a consecutive twelve (12) month period.
> Creating an account
> Making a purchase from EltaMD
> Redeeming points
> Receiving a perk or reward
Yes, you may cancel your rewards account by customer_care@eltamd.com. All of your points will expire upon cancellation.
No, your points are non-transferrable and cannot be transferred to other members or non-members.
